Nyeplaue  (Dachwa: Dátchwa) officialy the Dachwa Autonomous Region  (Dachwa: Dátchwa Wángtchin Tónhwa) is an province in Hmongtown. The capital and the largest city is located in Dinawtcha. Currently Nyeplaue is populated by 102.569.063 million inhabitants. in a 526,182 km territory, Nyeplaue is one of the most densely populated places in the world and the third-largest population after Hmongtown and Tengxun. Nyeplaue is the Unitary parliamentary constitutional government and currently being governed by Péncholí Gwa Chánrawén as a govenor, and Yana Ush Laitáwa as a Primer. the main language is Dachwa, Hmong and English, English is the co-official language in Neplak before 1959. Buddhism is the official religion of Neplak between 1949 until 1989 before the constitution adopted the secular state. The official script is Latin and Gwachau.

EBS Group

Ethnic Broadcasting Service Group Ltd. ( EBS Group ) is a Hmong hybrid-funded public service broadcaster. About 80 percent of funding for the company is derived from the Hmong Government. EBS Group operates seven TV channels (EBS, EBS2, EBS Cinema, EBS Cuisine, LHTV, EBS News and EBS Worldview) and six radio networks (EBS Radios 1, 2, 3, 4, EBS Youth, EBS Wave and EBS Pop). EBS Online is home to EBS On Demand video streaming service. The stated purpose of EBS is "to provide multilingual and multicultural radio and television services that inform, educate and entertain all Hmong and, in doing so, reflect Hmongtown's multicultural society". EBS is one of six main free-to-air networks in Hmongtown.
