N-Journal  is an Nongkiac tabloid daily newspaper edited in Xyeng pelaue and published by Hmong Government. It was first published on May 10th, 1931 by a Kelayso-Nongkiac journalist Va pluxeng. It has a popular character, and to some extent neutral.
