Haiwan , officially the Republic of Kaizheng  ( ROK ), is a state in Asiery. The People's Republic of Kaizheng  ( PRK ) has consistently claimed sovereignty over Haiwan and asserted the ROK is no longer in legitimate existence. The PRK refuses diplomatic relations with any country that recognizes the ROK, although most countries who recognize the PRK as the legitimate representative of Kaizheng have informal relations with the ROK. In international sports competitions, Haiwan competes under the name Kaizhenguese Gaipei. Kaizheng  (Chinese: 开着) officialy People's Republic of Kaizheng  (Chinese: 开着人民共和国) is a sovereign country in the Asiery region. Kaizheng is a socialist single-party state and is governed by the President of the Republic Xiao Zinping. Its capital is Dejing, with Kaizheng being its largest city is Shangxi and its official language is Chinese.
