Due to an economic crisis, Rede Guarani ceased broadcasting on July 18, 1980. This logo, during that day, was shown in blue, green and yellow (the colors of the Delnican flag) rather than Blue, Red and Green, and was outlined. Guarani's channels were later divided into two groups. TV Tupáni São Antônio and Antônica Aléngria were given to Cornelio Tarcos' TVS Rio de Centeiro to create SDT in 1981. The other channels (plus Rede Lixalta’s old São Antônio channel) were used to form Rede Megazine (now Redetele!) in 1983.
