Mädéniyat, is Azkur entertaiment television channel, operated and owned by the Azqürstan Radio jäné Téléwiziyase. Mädéniyat was launched on January 1st, 1994, being the country's third television network. The channel has broadcasted 05:30AM to 00:55AM since 2003.
