Baltycia
Baltycia (Lithuanian and Latvian: Balticija, Estonian: Baltitsiaa) Officialy the United Republic of Baltycia (Lithuanian: Balticija Jungtinė Respublika, Latvian: Balticija Apvienotā Republika, Estonian: Baltitsiaa maa Ühendvabariik) is a soverign country on Baltycian Sea. the capital and largest city was located in Gallinn (executive), Reivga (legislative) and Detvius (judicial). Constitutionally the baltycia is a unitary state, the political system in Baltyova bears many elements of federalism. Each administrative divisions have its own cabinets and chief ministers, making it more like a federation rather than a unitary state. Independence from Roselia in 1918 and again in 1991.
