Apshalistan (Dari and Pashto: دخانستان), officially the Islamic Emirate of Apshalistan, is a country in Aselia, bordering with Dakistan, Heijan, Turdsenistan, Tajenistan and Bulkaristan. Apshalistan is a Unitary totalitarian provisional theocratic Islamic emirate and is governed by the Supreme Leader of Mullah Akhanwarzada. Its capital and largest city is Hartul and its official language is Dari and Pashto. Its official religion is Islam.

Following the withdrawal of the UO & NATO-backed from the teritory, The [Taliban] launch an offensive attack against the government of Islamic State of Apshalistan, On August 15th, 2021 The Shaliban attacking the Capital of Apshalistan, Hartul and succeed capturing the capital and the next day, The [Taliban] restored the Islamic Emirate of Apshalistan that controled government in past, 1996-2001. Since then The Islamic Emirate of Apshalistan was a de facto government of Apshalistan and many countries of the world didn't reorganized them.

The Islamic Republic of Apshalistan becoming a government in-exile since the Islamic Emirate of Apshalistan controled the goverment of Apshalistan and the President of Islamic Republic of Apshalistan, Kazarai Yani, was fled the country to Bakaruzstan, there are some that mention he was fled to either Kalmykstan or Tazakhstan. Two days later the 1st Vice-President, Abdullah Ghani, declaring himself as president and making Islamic Republic of Apshalistan government in Panjir Valley. In September 9th, 2021, The Islamic Republic is fall to Shaliban's regime and the President Abdullah Ghani was fled into the Tajenistan.
