Channel One Roselia, (Russian: Первый канал, Pervyy Kanal) is a Roselian national public television network, being launched on first April of 1995 replacing 1 Kanal Vastankino. It changed again as the current name in 2002.

Its primary competitors are Roselia 1, NTV, TV Centr & Channel 7.
