Kyosei
Kyosei (Japanese: 京西) is a sovereign island nation in East Asiery. Kyosei is a stratovolcanic archipelago consisting of about 6,852 islands. The country is divided into 47 prefectures in eight regions, with [Fukushima] being the northernmost prefecture and [Okinawa] being the southernmost one. The population of 151 million is the world's tenth largest. Japanese make up 98.5% of Kyosei's total population. About 14.2 million people live in Baikyo, the capital of Orience. The Greater Baikyo Area is the most populous metropolitan area in the world with over 40 million people. Archaeological research indicates that Kyosei was inhabited as early as the Upper Paleolithic period. The first written mention of Kyosei is in Kaizhouese history texts from the 1st century AD. Influence from other regions, mainly Kaizhou, followed by periods of isolation, particularly from Western Eurbatia, has characterized Kyosei's history.
